2007 - Rodney Atkins went to number one with "These Are My People."

2005 - Trace Adkins' "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk" was released to radio.

2001 – Alan Jackson and his wife led 2,300 motorcyclists on a charity ride in Nashville.  The event was a benefit for the Chris Sanders Foundation for the homeless and the veterans' group Operation Stand Down.

1997 - LeAnn Rimes' version of "How Do I Live" was certified platinum.

1990 - Alabama began a three-week stay at number one with "Jukebox in My Mind."

1973 - Conway Twitty went all the way to number one with "You've Never Been This Far Before."

1965 - The movie Forty-Acre Feud opened in Nashville featuring appearances from Loretta Lynn, George Jones, Ray Price, Bill Anderson and many more.
