Brain and Steele,

I am seriously in need of help. I came home from school the other day and when I got on the computer I found an email my dad had sent to some woman. I do not know who this woman is. All I know is that my parents have been married for over 20 years, raised 3 kids, and always SEEMED to have a great marriage. What my dad has written in this email leads me to believe this is not true.

I am the last of three kids to be at home. I'll be leaving for college in the fall, so part of me wants to keep my mouth shut and not say anything to anyone. Another part of me wants to ask my dad who this woman is and why is he writing such intimate stuff to her. A third part of me wants to go straight to my mom and tell her what I found.

I should've printed out a copy of the email, but I didn't. I can't believe I've been acting like nothing is wrong around my dad for over a week. I'm afraid if I confront him, he'll deny it as I don't have any proof. I just need to know what is the right thing to do and what I should do.
